our general rule
Springrock Designs' general rule of when making appointment for the alterations, we do ask our customers to make an appointment two months in advance. This is ensure to fit in for two fittings appointment.
$50.00 is required when making an appointment.
What do you need to bring?
1. Dressing outfits.
2. Undergarment.
3. Shoes.
We ask you to bring the exact same items you brought in first day - if you do change your mind - speak up immediately. We cannot guarantee fit you at the next fitting with a different undergarments and shoes.
Also informing you, Springrock Designs; Kelley is a home-based business - do all jobs INSIDE her home, in a secured room. Her home is non-smoking and with the lovely small dogs. Her dogs are generally NOT allowed in the sewing room.

Once you make an alterations appointment, we cannot generally give confirmed rates off without seeing you in person with your dress, shoes, undergarments.
All dresses are designed differently - dresses that are handmade are lastly and better to alter than the overseas cheap made dress with cheap materials that takes a long time to alter vs to handmade dresses. Please shop wisely.
